Recently we’ve watched two self-developing TEDx videos. One was about living life today. Another one was about overcoming stress. Here I will share my vision on that.
The main thought from the first video sounds approximately this way: whatever you do it’s enough for you. I consider this thought in a way that now you have everything needed to live a life of your dream and that there’s no perfect situation for starting doing something. That’s what I’d recall this lecture by.
What I noted from the second video was this method of identifying good things (instead of focusing on bad ones) in life: name three good things happened this day, 3 challenges of the day and 3 stress triggers of the day. Even that small things like sun shining or a compliment made to you matter - these things can show life is the most beautiful and essential thing.
Comparing these two videos the first one , to my mind, was more involving and more exciting to watch as the first woman’s speech was more show-like organized. Though I liked the second the most  as its main idea wasn’t as narrow, known-for-all and casual as the one of the first video. Second speaker’s speech I liked more as she seemed less eccentric and making show as 1st one but more giving useful advice. Modest and most importantly - humorous, means she was less boring for me.
Build more plans for today and value small good things.
