1. India Holy Festival - annual indian festival of spring and bright colours. Actually, there is no exact date of the beginning, because it depends on phase of the moon, that's why, it can be changed every year. (Usually- it's celebrating in the end of the February) 2. Spanish tomatina festival. Every year at Bungol it takes a place as a very weird and exciting festival, where the only goal is - to throw tomatoes everywhere! About 30.000 come, while very population of the town is only 9.000. Plenty trucks transport tonns of tomatoes to the city centre, and the fun begins!!! Nowadays, many people may face a lot of problems with stress and low self-esteem. I'd like to tell you more about the ways of solving it with help of special techniques and methods. To begin with, stress is the feeling of being under emotional pressure and is the body's way of attempting to deal with tough situation. By the way, a reasonable amount of stress is good for the body. It keeps us on toes and improves our performance. One of the best ways to minimize stress is by doing moderate exercises. So, take time to relax…- But instead of slouching on a couch, why don’t you get out there and make yourself feel good? It’s easy! You're worth it! The aim of this report is to suggest ways of improving Welsh children's hospital.   The geographical location of the hospital and the ecological issues are in need of being solved. Firstly, I would recommend that the hospital be rebuilt in a more fresh and comfortable place, on the seaside, as for the example. Secondly, I strongly suggest that TVs  and free Wi-Fi be installed in areas such as  the cafe and gym.    Furthermore, the hospital walking area is not enough , for the majority of the children, so I would suggest to expand it, as to make it more exciting to walk around the territory , g row more flowers and plant more trees , to make free forest atmosphere.      The hospital is not very well-known in the community.
